I have been a customer of Charter Savings Bank for some years now. There was a time, like a lot of people, when I would move my money from one institution to another to chase better rates of interest. Now, I am so satisfied with the level of service I receive from Charter Savings Bank, that I don't feel the need to go through all that rigmarole anymore :-)
