Moneybox is a great app I return to as it is so easy and even enjoyable to use. I've been able to keep track of my savings, and the investment I have with Moneybox has done better than my ones with two other providers.

A lot of other banking apps are pushy about marketing their other services and it's annoying. Natwest's app feels more relaxed and like it is there as a service for you, not a marketing vehicle.

It is great using the Amex card with big companies as you get a little bit of cashback as well as being able to delay payment a month without incurring interest. However a local coffee shop owner said he doesn't accept it because he is charged £1.08 per transaction. This does seem high given for a typical transaction there the cashback I might earn is around 4p. Still, for big companies and large payments it is great.

The best thing about Monzo is how easy it is to request payment from people for something small. Setting the amount you are able to share a link or qr code so people can pay you without inputting bank details. Genius.
