Had my dog insured with them for several years and unfortunately had to use them a number of times. They have always been compassionate and quick to process claims.

Had the misfortune of a car hitting me and writing off my car. The initial phone call was stressful with the agent not interested and not caring, eventually hanging up on me as he was finishing for the day (clearly the reason he didn't care). However I have overall rated Aviva highly as everyone I've dealt with through them thereafter have been fantastic - and one bad person shouldn't define the company.
