The online Resolver system helped me to successfully claim a refund from a company that had been difficilt to contact. The system was easy to use. It provided helpful template wording for correspondence with the company and kept track of when matters could be progressed to a next step. I also received a prompt reply to a query I had for Resolver customer support.

The First Mortgage team efficiently worked to meet with us to discuss our remortgage needs, advise us about products and carry out administration. Advice provided was well explained and helped us to feel reassured. Staff were friendly and kept in touch promptly. An excellent service.
