this company has lost the plot, they have no interest in customer, staff & all on IT
they are loosing the plot & intrest in anything,
they have NO INvestment in people & only care of passing your through to IT,

why are we having to deal with automated garbage, whats wrong with people,
the populations getting larger and your stopping people from speaking to people,
computers dont work,
people need people,
companies need to realise the millions they invest in IT is a waste of time & BS
