I've seen the bad reviews about cars. Zuto experts will send you cars but it is up to you to do the due diligence. They are a broker. They have a list of cars from dealers they work with and they don't know anything about the cars. Take responsibility. My experience was excellent. I found a car nearby on their site. I took it for a test drive. Made my own decision and Zuto found me the finance. Was really efficient and the call handlers were friendly and helpful. My circumstances were a bit unusual and they worked with me to get the finance sorted. As long as you do what you would normally do when buying a car: check the MOT history, take it for a test drive, give it the once over - you'll be fine using Zuto.

Firstly the positives - the app is brilliant. Payments go on immediately so no waiting for days for the balance to be available. Security measures are good. The only negative (and why it got 4 stars) is it isn't contactless so I tend to only use it for online purchases. Who can remember PINs these days?
