Really easy app to use and great customer service.

I had small pension pots all over the place due to changing jobs frequently. This app made it so easy to gather them all into one place. I barely had to do anything. The customer service team were so helpful as well. I can no make ad-hoc contributions to my pension as well to top it up. Great app.

The Monzo banking app is really easy to use, and the notifications help me manage my finances, which can be difficult for me as I am neurodivergent. They reach out if you go over your limit and the customer care team are very helpful and responsive. I feel like this bank actually cares about its customers.
