Absolute shambles. They claim not to have received correspondence providing evidence of death. They have no record of correspondence sent to me. Constantly changing the rules relating to date of death valuation. Being charitable this lot are utterly incompetent. Being less charitable they ate being deliberately obstructive in order to hang onto your money for as long as possible
