I moved my policy to Petwise last October 22 and sadly in December my beloved dog was diagnosed with a serious liver issue and passed away in March 23
Petwise staff been excellent throughout this time. An email when a vets claim has been received and confirmation when paid. Considering I was a new customer they have paid every claim promptly (a considerable amount in a short time) with excellent communication at all times
I really cannot thank them enough at what has been a very difficult time and would thoroughly recommend them based on my experience
