AT THE AGENCY, CHAT SUPPORT OR CALLCENTER ANYBODY TO CANCEL A DUPLICATE PAYMENT/TRANSFER. WHEN I FINALLY MANAGED TO SPEAK ON THE PHONE I HAD THE IMPRESSION THAT I WAS TALKING TO AN INDIAN SCAM...I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND A WORD AND I WAS AFRAID TO GIVE MY DETAILS. AFTER 4DAYS THE TRANSFER WAS MADE. NOW I AM ASKED TO PAY FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND DELAYED SYSTEM 25P.
