total rip off
they are good at giving you a quote and extracting money off you until one day you need them
my wife broke her thumb in a cruise cabin door to which this cost me £ 1,100 in medical costs they have paid me £ 264
after numerous un answered phone calls and emails they are a pain to deal with as they use a third party claims firm ( dont answer they save money)
