Review of the Policy in Practice, Better Off Calculator:

Great features, but untrustworthy results

Policy in Practice's Better Off Calculator has the potential to be the best product of its kind, allowing even for complex calculations such as those involving student income. However, occasionally the calculation results are wildly incorrect. While I am able to recognise this as a trained benefit adviser, I worry for members of the public who may trust the results.
