Poor communication in the event of a claim, do not reply to questions and proved to be absolutely useless.
Representative from third party claims management company reported slates missing from roof at the rear of property which was actually an old glass skylight. Never bothered to inspect loft space for a closer look, didn't have a pair of ladders and only made his assessment from looking at the roof at a distance from down the street.
