After 4 years of being with them, they want to renew my policy by adding £400 something extra, for being a "platinum" member. Bear in mind I had no accidents. I called yesterday to renew my policy and I got a quote which I accepted. This morning I wake up to an email saying my policy renewal will be £400 extra so I call back just to be told they're sorry but that quote was actually for last year and it was a mistake. Outrageous! How is this even possible?! Thanks Admiral, I'll be moving to a new company! Reviewed on: 8th November 2023
