One call are Disastrous

The customer service is terrible. You cannot speak to anyone. I am six days post non fault accident and nothing is progressing. Have spent hours getting to get through. They refused to put me through to my insurance company. Cut me off and didn't ring back. The worst company I've ever dealt with. Would never ever use them again.
