Free autosave function really helps me

Free autosave function on their app is great, it has helped me save money without thinking. I had a problem with my bank account and their customer service is quick and ver responsive. My favourite colour is also purple Reviewed on: 2nd April 2024

Can’t talk to them, customer service is awful

Tried contacting Chip but they have no telephone number, and only a web chat through the app. It’s not a real tine web chat as it takes a day for them to respond, so it’s impossible to have a coherent conversation with them especially if the response I get 1 day later is a scripted response not relevant to the issue I had. Due to the nature of the Chip app and the service we offer, our customer contact is mainly through our app-based chat (which can be found on the 'Profile' tab in-app) and our support email address [email protected]. In regards to the chat, I can assure you that we have a full support team in place. I believe you may be referring to the automated responses that are given when you start a chat.
