I’ve established a JSIPP for my son. However the amount of time and effort required to to administer it seems hugely more consuming than any of my other investment accounts (e.g. Nutmeg, ii, Best Invest etc.). The platform and app are fine and the customer service is also adequate. However I just feel like the focus of the company could be improved to align a more closely with future technologies or it will just get outshined by it’s competitors.

Having been a member of the building society for over 20 years now, I believe the Loyalty Saver is a truly unique account and a “unicorn” for really-flexible of cash savings. With as many withdrawals as required, no fee for withdrawals or caps in terms of interest it is superb. Admittedly the interest on the account isn’t the highest I’ve seen, but it’s the flexibility that makes this a great account. Highly recommended.

As an existing building society member. I honestly have never felt so “at home” with a corporate bank. They’re customer service is so good, it feels like they’ve localised skills, empowered their staff and replaced the “corporate” with “personal” from the “service” - I couldn’t recommend them enough.
