Year one brilliant, year two - less so.

Until recently they have been very good. Funding treatment at the expensive Harley Street Clinic and all required follow ups for example. Year two, and the corporate policy cost rose by 30.9%, a £200 annual excess was applied and I was told that recommended annual check ups for my cardiac issues were not funded and never had been!. Questioning this resulted in a (temporary) reversal of the funding decision. I will, as a union rep, be following this up with my employer as value for money on the employers subsidy seems to have “fallen off a cliff”. Reviewed on: 20th April 2024
