Poor customer service

Terrible customer service!!!! Customer service will respond to your complaint in 8 weeks! Debit card cancelled due to fraud on account, after 2.5 weeks of waiting for new card, I phone to find out that the replacement card had not been ordered....get passed from dept to dept all who say it is not their responsibility and they cannot assist... after 2 hrs 40 minutes on the phone I get told it will be another 10 days before a new card will arrive.. but don't worry as you can go into the branch with your passport for funds! Easier to cancel account and transfer funds to another bank.... 28 years with this bank and did they care about losing my customer.. of course they didn't. Reviewed on: 19th September 2018
