Poor customer service

Terrible customer service!!!! Customer service will respond to your complaint in 8 weeks! Debit card cancelled due to fraud on account, after 2.5 weeks of waiting for new card, I phone to find out that the replacement card had not been ordered....get passed from dept to dept all who say it is not their responsibility and they cannot assist... after 2 hrs 40 minutes on the phone I get told it will be another 10 days before a new card will arrive.. but don't worry as you can go ...
