One of the few banks that I actually think highly of. Good customer service and investment guidance. Excellent when my father passed away too - made a very stressful situation easy to work through.

NatWest is average as a bank - does the job you expect but little else. I don't think they value long-term customers which is a bit short-sighted in a growing market place,

Of all the banks, I've found this one to be consistently pretty reliable. Helpful staff who have acted quickly when a mistake has been made E.g. Once a cheque was lost but they ensured the funds went straight into my account when I provided a receipt. Also, compensated me for my time.

In branch, staff as always very efficient and helpful. As to on-line, easy to use site and I've been able to do a whole raft of things without the faff to calling. Excellent.
