Received a letter confirmation today with the settlement figure of £82 from a £500 bill.........16% of the full bill! The whole ordeal was devastating enough but to receive this was an absolute p!ss take!! This is NOT why I took out insurance at all, and just shows that there is absolutely no compassion where money is concerned!!!
