All necessary information is made available and presented clearly. Their transparency and communication is second to none. There is a slow but steady flow of good loans. Quality over quantity. Loans offered are of varying risk levels with corresponding returns. They have a secondary market with good liquidity. LLI's website platform is one of the best in P2P. Superbly designed. It's simple, well functioning, and easy to use. I've been a very satisfied investor with LandlordInvest for just over 2 years, and I intend to continue with them well into the future. There are not really enough loans offered vs the number of investors - demand is too high. This means as an investor it's diifficult to spread your risk, and so when loans default (which has happened a few times to me) it takes some time for the money to be recovered. One of my loans defaulted Jun 2022 and at March 2023 LL invest still haven't taken enforcement action or recovered the capital and the borrower seems to be being given a lot of leeway. I will get the money in the end, but having it do nothing for 9 months is not what I signed up for. The software platform itself is fine, although it once said I had successfully invested in a secondary market loan and then decided I hadn't - again probably too much demand. The admin team are quite responsive. The returns are ok when people don't default on loans. But I am pulling out, too much hassle for too little return. Read more Read less
