December 2024 prize draw terms and conditions

  • The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
  • Employees of Smart Money People or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
  • Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • To enter the Prize Draw you must do the following between 05/12/2024 and 11.59pm on 07/01/2025:
  • You must complete the following Prize Draw form by telling us the smartest thing you've done with your money. Ensure you include your contact details for us to reach out if you win. Additionally, you must agree to our Prize Draw Terms & Conditions and privacy policy.
  • Entries received after 11.59pm on 07/01/2025 time will not be eligible. No purchase is necessary.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  • If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at [email protected].
  • There is one £500 Amazon voucher prize on offer. The Prize Draw winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on 09/01/2025.
  • The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) on or before 14/01/2025 from a smartmoneypeople.com email address e.g. [name]@smartmoneypeople.com. If a winner does not respond to Smart Money People within seven days of being contacted, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Smart Money People shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within seven days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Smart Money People shall be entitled to select another winner.
  • The Amazon voucher will be emailed to the winner’s email address within seven days of the winner providing a valid email address.
  • The name of the winner will be available six weeks after the closing date and can be obtained by sending an SAE to Smart Money People Limited, Ebbisham House, 30 Church Street, Epsom, KT17 4NL.

  • By entering this prize draw, you grant Smart Money People the right to use and have full usage of your submitted answer in our marketing materials, including but not limited to our blog, e-newsletter, and social media platforms at no cost to us.

  • Unless otherwise stated, the promoter is Smart Money People Limited, Ebbisham House, 30 Church Street, Epsom, KT17 4NL.
  • Smart Money People reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Prize Draw at any time with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. The decision of Smart Money People in all matters under its control is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Meta, Amazon or any other social media channel.
  • The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
