Sales procedures a bit clunky, but processing good

I know banks have to jump through a lot of hoops these days, but it seems that NatWest do more of that than they have to on the sales front. That said the service was generally good. I did have a issue with their transfer procedures which I raised with the Ombudsman and I hope they will change their process as a result.
