Very helpful customer service

I had problems trying to find the code for my Revolut points that I redeemed, I contacted customer service who kindly helped me resolve this issue. Admittedly, I did contact them via Instagram but still found their customer service very helpful. From a custom experience point of view, I found that they wanted to help and my inquiry was not brushed off nor was I told to contact somebody else. I like the fact that Revolut offers the opportunity to gain rev points which can be exchanged for vouchers (something that my previous bank never offered). I am a metal customer and enjoy the perks that come with the account. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025
