Great find and quick response

Great place to find information and to open competitive savings account but is needing a revamp of website or app to make it more useable without finding a PC. Also for some reason the about me page only mentions that they serve England and Wales … I can assure you as a Scottish customer this is not the case. Reviewed on: 28th December 2023

Trying to buy your first home is really stressful. My parents are dying to help and this is the best building society for that! First off they are great with the age limit of the oldest applicant where other banks are very dismissive. Ed who I spoke with when trying to make my choices and see what would be viable came back with what would be possible and explained it clearly before I started handing over any application fees. Brilliant service

Behind the times

Despite being registered for online servicing, my recent annual ISA statement was provided not digitally but by post with half a rainforest of stupid images and unnecessary drivel. What a total waste of resources. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2023

I had a query following the maturity of one of my fixed term products with the Family Building Society. I was answered very quickly from the call queue, and Louise needed to ask a colleague to assist with my query, and promised to phone me back.
