Great find and quick response

Great place to find information and to open competitive savings account but is needing a revamp of website or app to make it more useable without finding a PC. Also for some reason the about me page only mentions that they serve England and Wales … I can assure you as a Scottish customer this is not the case. Reviewed on: 28th December 2023

Quick helpful responses

Trying to buy your first home is really stressful. My parents are dying to help and this is the best building society for that! First off they are great with the age limit of the oldest applicant where other banks are very dismissive. Ed who I spoke with when trying to make my choices and see what would be viable came back with what would be possible and explained it clearly before I started handing over any application fees. I'd definitely recommend for first time buyers. Reviewed on: 22nd December 2023

Help with Savings Account

Phoned the FBS and was helped by Ed who managed to help me access my online savings account by supplying a verification code. Took less than 5 mins to sort things. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023
