User friendly, contact with humans.

It is so refreshing and a huge relief to have accessible human communication. For a telephone call or other contact to be responded to promptly by an efficient, friendly person is a pleasant experience, in contrast to the stressful situations we are often subjected to. easy to use instant access and currently good interest rate

The staff are really helpful and the online account is easy to use. You just need to check the interest rate (currently a whopping 5.1% and so ahead of the rest) and remember that you can only withdraw up to £25,000 a day (if you have more to save) - but for an instant access account it's unusual.
