Beyond terrible customer service.

Revolut has great features do not get me wrong but if you have an issue…. Forget about it, the customer service is beyond terrible. I was unable to get access to my money for such a long time due to my phone breaking and I had zero access to funds, so now I never keep money in Revolut, I just top up when I need to use.
