Stole Money From Me

Left a previous rented property asked them to cancel my insurance. Had an email to confirm this. Found they were still taking money out of my account two years later. They wouldn't admit they had made a mistake unless i told them exactly when i moved out, the address and the policy number at the time otherwise they couldn't do anything for "security purposes". Continued Terrible Service

No matter what i ask of them they never seem to be able to pull it off. Been asked twice if I wanted to upgrade account, accepted both times,was told it would be done in 5 working days. That was six months ago. I've moved twice since 2014 they still have my old address on file despite asking them to change it three times. When moving the first time asked the branch twice to send me my statements as they couldn't print them off for me in branch. Got them on the second time of asking. Reviewed on: 24th May 2017

Standard Bank Account, Poor Service

Been into branch and asked twice already to be moved onto a better account which I can actually get savings on to no avail. Also tried to order bank statements when moving house for mortgage which also never turned up after being told they couldn't print in branch. #MaxYourMoney Reviewed on: 2nd March 2017

Hard to get anything sorted

I've been in to get statements sent out to me which they didn't put through so held up my house move by another two weeks. Got asked if i wanted to upgrade accounts for free, agreed to it, it never got put through. Went in on another occasion to complain and get the account upgraded same happened again.
