Great rate and term. What is it about building societies that makes it so much more pleasant to deal with them. The people are friendly. Accomodating. Less stressed / happier. Savings made easy

With no smart 'phone, and unwilling to use on-line banking, it is refreshing to find a company that still uses 'old fashioned' post and telephone for accounts, when access to a branch is inpracticle. Not only was the entire process very simple but the response time from Hinckley & Rugby was an impressive two days from application to pass book. Well done, and thank you! Efficient friendly service

I opened a fix term saver. Even though there is no App with this product every step was simple & efficient and my account was opened in a couple of days. I felt comfortable with the level of security too. The staff at H&R B.S. were so lovely and friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. Reviewed on: 1st December 2023
