Banked with first direct for years with no problems. App is easy to use. Weekly text messages for mini statements or if gone into arranged overdraft to help manage your money better. Great customer service when you call up.

I had a cracked screen which was causing the display to turn green and was unusable. They quickly took it in and repaired the damage and sent it back to me.
