Pension Advice

I got in touch with Laura for some advuce on my pensions following a rexommendation from a friend. It is a task I had been putting ott for years as pensions was an area I had little understanding of. Laura took the time to get tinkmow me, understanding my financial priorities and constraints so that she could better advise me on my choices. She never put any hard sell on me or pressured me into making decisions but instead kept me uodated throughout the process and made herself available if I needed to check anything with her.. Kris who was tasked with the paperwork of transferring all my pots over, was quick, thorough and dedicated, often chasing the companies for a response. Fair Banking

Banked with first direct for years with no problems. App is easy to use. Weekly text messages for mini statements or if gone into arranged overdraft to help manage your money better. Great customer service when you call up. Reviewed on: 12th January 2020

Quickly fixed broken screen

I had a cracked screen which was causing the display to turn green and was unusable. They quickly took it in and repaired the damage and sent it back to me. Reviewed on: 6th July 2019
