Poor contact centre

When I was moving home they did not help service a new mortgage. I needed. Mortgage offer to know the new mortgage amounts. They couldn't book me in for 2 weeks, so the house I wanted would've gone. I was able to get hold of multiple other mortgage providers instantly and perform an instant quote, yet Monmouthshire, who I was already with, couldn't give me a quote for over 2 weeks and then eventually I had a much cheaper offer elsewhere.
