Poor contact centre

When I was moving home they did not help service a new mortgage. I needed. Mortgage offer to know the new mortgage amounts. They couldn't book me in for 2 weeks, so the house I wanted would've gone. I was able to get hold of multiple other mortgage providers instantly and perform an instant quote, yet Monmouthshire, who I was already with, couldn't give me a quote for over 2 weeks and then eventually I had a much cheaper offer elsewhere. Mortgage advisor, Anita Morgan, provided a thoroughly professional and outstanding service throughout the whole mortgage application process, right through to completion, not hesitating to go above and beyond. Had a great chat with Leon about options

Had a great chat with Leon about the options available and he helped me choose the correct mortgage. I managed to get a much better deal than I was expecting. It was really good talking to someone who wasn’t just out to sell me the most expensive product! Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

Excellent service from start to finish

Leon was excellent from start to finish. He was very personable, very informative and went the extra mile to always keep me updated on my application. Leon has always been amazing.

Mortgage Renewal

Having come to an end of my mortgage term I contacted the society for options. I had previously received advice from Ollie (Taki) 2 years ago when renewing my mortgage switch, so requested to speak with him. Straight away he remembered me, and took time in listening to my needs again. We discussed my options and he gave me all the options available, but most of all he listened to me and understood my needs without giving any hard sell. He was very informative, courteous, knowledgeable, caring to my needs and very professional. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Additional Mortgage

The mortgage advisor Michelle Groves was very good and efficient. We had to wait a few weeks before she could hold the meeting with us. However she had done a very good job in getting all the information and documentation needed prior to the meeting, So we received our mortgage offer within two weeks of the meeting which was excellent.
