Superb product and exceptional customer service,

Efficient, Professional and Supportive

Anita made the whole mortgage process straightforward and stress-free. She was efficient, responsive and kept everything moving quickly from start to finish. She took the time to explain each stage clearly, answered all of our questions, and recommended the mortgage product that best suited our circumstances. Leon Jenkins was an absolute star.

Leon Jenkins was an absolute star. Communicated clearly and promptly. He made the process seamless and was very helpful. my only reservation which isn’t a fault of Leon’s is the time it takes for the applications to be processed. Since submission which is over a week ago, I’m still waiting for official confirmation and funds. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2026

positive experience with Monmouthshire.

I had a really positive experience with Monmouthshire. I was requesting to borrow extra on our house to fund an extension. I dealt with Anita who was so helpful in guiding me through the process and answering all of my questions (no matter how silly i though they were). Anita's knowledge and experience was exemplary. She made sure that our needs were met and that we were not pressured into anything. We couldn't thank her enough. On top of that, it took no time at all for funds to be released.
