Having been with Monmouthshire for a few years now, I have found them to offer a good range of mortgages, to suit my specific needs. The staff have always been knowledgeable and informative, nothing seems to much trouble (even when asked stupid questions). Their rates have always been favourable and within my affordability. Tremendous provider

Excellent Customer Service response from 1st contact...

Excellent Customer Service response from 1st contact to arrange a phone appointment to discuss options at end of current fixed rate period on our Mortgage. Anita Morgan, who was then nominated as our Mortgage Advisor was excellent throughout our phone consultation, rapidly understanding our personal financial situation and our consequent preferences going forward.
