Always willing to help

Staff are always friendly, willing to help with whatever your question may be and don’t rush to get you off of the phone. Anita who dealt with me was brilliant and sorted out our rate change quickly. Reviewed on: 19th June 2025

Another easy rate switch with Olly!

I've dealt with Oliver Taki for a number of rate switches now and he's always friendly and professional. He takes time to make sure I understand the rates before choosing the most appropriate option for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025
