Had a brilliant experience with Anita and the other...

Had a brilliant experience with Anita and the other lady I spoke with on the phone - thank you both so much! You made my remortgage a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be! All my questions asked and future help offered for when we look to take our money from our equity. The only feedback I would give is that I tried to call multiple times across a few days and was unable to get through. I left a voicemail in the end and requested a callback which I was advised would be within 48 hours. I received the call back the next day but missed due to work commitments and there was no VM left and no second attempt at a call back. This resulted in me calling again to confirm it was MBS who had called me and requesting another call back and then also emailing Anita, who I had previously had a meeting with for some borrowing advice. A bit of a frustrating process but I understand you are very busy and I’m grateful for Anita and the other lady for contacting me and getting my remortgage sorted quickly! Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
