Leon was excellent

Leon was very good, he explained things clearly and listened to what I was aiming to accomplish with my renewal and helped me pick a product that I feel suits my situation perfectly. I've been lucky enough to have Leon assist me on previous renewals and he's always been great. Mortgage renewal is always daunting but I feel that he made it easy. Repeat customers with MONBS

We purchased our first property with MONBS, we then ported over to our second and have now just remortgaged with them for a second time, whilst taking out an advance. Their products for new and existing customers have always been competitive and their customer service has been next to none. Our most recent case was handled by Lisa and Anita, they were extremely friendly, whilst also professional and informative. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

Having been with Monmouthshire for a few years now,...

Having been with Monmouthshire for a few years now, I have found them to offer a good range of mortgages, to suit my specific needs. The staff have always been knowledgeable and informative, nothing seems to much trouble (even when asked stupid questions). Their rates have always been favourable and within my affordability.
