Ridiculous interest rates

Ridiculous interest rates, they set their own SVR so high it's eye watering. I was pushed into a deal that's crippling me as they knew I had no other choice. They meant to charge me thousands to move to another deal when they know I can't afford this one anymore. inhave multiple mortgages with multiple companies and not one of them leech from their customers like this. Mortgage renewal - Olly Taki

We've been working with Olly Taki to renew our mortgage and he has been beyond helpful. It's our first renewal, so we didn't know what to expect but he took us through each step and was super patient with our many questions. Mortgage renewals aren't the most enjoyable experience - particularly given the market - but this was arguably the best customer service we've ever received. Thanks Olly! Hristina was a delight to deal with :)

Getting a mortgage approved and completed is always an arduous and stressful process, but Hristina at the Monmouthshire was a delight to deal with. First class customer service

Had a rate change enquiry which was dealt with promptly and expertly. The initial contact was by email but a member of staff telephoned me to follow up on my query and further assistance was given today by Jamie Warburton who knows his onions!!
