Highly recommend!

My experience of raising a mortgage via Adam from the mortgage team (Decision in Principle) and with Pete (Mortgage Adviser) was superb. Pete’s advice was invaluable and the whole process was professional but friendly, and highly efficient and I also benefitted from 2 mortgage rate drops while awaiting completion (long, drawn out chain with my purchase). Prompt service with emails answered quickly and Pete was available at the end of the phone, giving that personal service that is often lacking with other lenders. Lack of communication

I requested a decision in principle to take a mortgage out, and after having replied with my availability, I did not hear from the mortgage coordinator again. I think the service was very poor and therefore have decided to go elsewhere. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025

Claire was very professional.

Claire was very professional. She explained everything in an easy to understand way, Claire went through the options available to me in a way that it made it easy for me to make my decision and went through the documentation so I understood exactly what was happening, Overall a very pleasant experience. Always willing to help

Another easy rate switch with Olly!

I've dealt with Oliver Taki for a number of rate switches now and he's always friendly and professional. He takes time to make sure I understand the rates before choosing the most appropriate option for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025
