positive experience with Monmouthshire.

I had a really positive experience with Monmouthshire. I was requesting to borrow extra on our house to fund an extension. I dealt with Anita who was so helpful in guiding me through the process and answering all of my questions (no matter how silly i though they were). Anita's knowledge and experience was exemplary. She made sure that our needs were met and that we were not pressured into anything. We couldn't thank her enough. On top of that, it took no time at all for funds to be released.
