Absolutely appalling - would publish no starts but had no choice

I was involved in a car crash - where someone went into me. Completely the other drivers fault. However, if you are wanting a good insurance company who are happy to help you and not pass you from person to person - and know what they are doing. I would CERTAINLY not recommend girls drive better. When you ring up to explain about the incident, they put you through to another company - you explain the incident again - they put you through to another company. In which, you have to explain the incident AGAIN! Even then, when you just want a simple answer the woman on the phone “Kerry” will say she is unsure, she actually hung the phone up on myself once and then didn’t answer any of my calls back until I called on a different number. As well as this, I have been without a hire car over a week now as they will say your car needs to be assessed first - the car gets assessed and still no further forward. You are passed from person to person and left on hold for ages. Dreadful customer service. I would 100% totally stay away from this company. Don’t be fooled by their cheap prices.
