Whenever I go into my local branch, the staff are always so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble, they will always come up to you while your'e waiting in the queue, to let you know that you will be served shortly. If you need more help, they are always careful to explain things in plain English, and the best thing, they always remember who their customers are, you aren't just an account number to them. I cannot recommend this bank enough. I had an experience whereby money was taken from my account when it shouldn't have, this left me overdrawn through no fault of my own. The bank got my money back, and really helped me through what was a very stressful time. They talked me through every step of what they did to get my cash back, and were so kind and helpful. Every time I go into my branch, the staff are always helpful, if it looks like I have to wait, they invite me to have a hot or cold drink, if I don't understand anything that is said, the staff are always happy to take the time to explain everything.
