Triodos are without doubt THE best bank

Triodos are without doubt THE best bank - Ethical lending and fair monthly ac count provision fees and my current account is exactly what I am looking for - straightforward to use, no smartphone or app required if you do not have or wish to use one and with a fabulous, helpful customer service team you can actually speak to easily if required. It's clear that they care about your money and you as a customer. Brilliant all round Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

An outstanding bank - proudly ethical and with extraordinary customer service.

A wonderful bank. My two accounts (Current account and Saver) give me everything I need, they are easy to manage, with no issues at all. In the rare event that I do need to speak to someone, there is a real person waiting to handle my enquiry and with the shortest wait times of any corporation I deal with. In these days of the customer coming a very clear second to budget cuts and profit Triodos remain outstanding. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
