Great customer service

No thrills savings

The savings account I have with Lloyds is little better than a current account with none of perks that come with it. The interest is low and although access is OK it could be better. There are lots of better products out there, including ones that Lloyds offer themselves and it's mostly due to being comfortable that I haven' switched. Reviewed on: 6th September 2016

Horrible customer service

What's the point of having branches if you can't even speak to someone face-to-face? Every time I use a HSBC branch I get palmed off to their telephone service which has long queues and rude advisors. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Always helpful.

No matter what I'm changing or querying the staff at NatWest are always helpful and informative. They always make me feel that I understand the product and are able to explain things in simple terms. I would highly recommend their services. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016
