Basic savings account details change

Had to change some personal information but couldnt remember my password for telephone banking. Went into my local branch and spoke to a lovely staff member who was hsppy to sort it all out for me Reviewed on: 30th August 2016

Contacting customer services

Had to contact customer services after i misplaced my credit card. I was on the phone no more than ten minutes total. Customer service cancelled my card and issued another all without any messing about and being put on hold. Very happy Reviewed on: 10th April 2016

straightforward no frills policy

after searcing through several insurance companies for a suitable policy, I found that More Than were the cheapest but also the most comprehensive for the type of insurance (PET) that I wanted. They was also the only ones to offer a monthly premium that did not need me to make an initial deposit. the cover was immediate too. Very impressed Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

perfect no fees account

this account is perfect for thse that want all the benefits of a current account but without the usual monthly fees. The online app is very easy to navigate and incredibly simple to make any changes that you need to make. You can transfer monies to other accounts or to other people (contacts) with the click of a button. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Review of the Diamond Insurance, Car Insurance:

puts customer first

Had to call to have my sister removed from my insurance and my son put on. I'm disabled and my son is now my main driver. The customer service lady I spoke to was very helpful and went through the whole process with me. She even arranged a partial refund as my son being put on was cheaper. Not many companies would've bothered to do that. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 24th March 2015
