Our claim has still not been settled. Ryan Direct underwrite Direct Dial online insurance. Have not made a claim for years and when we did need help were questioned as if by the police themselves. We have not given up and will go to the ombudsman. Avoid having to use at all costs. Check who underwrites any 'cheap' insurance.
