Rip off fees and buy back charges

Pre loaded in euros I visited the canaries I used my card in cashpoint and they charged me over 30 euros to draw 150 euro out! And every shop purchase I made they charged me a currency conversion fee!! Now I'm home I'm trying to get the money back but 14 days later and iv still not received anything! They make it so hard to claim your money back you consider giving up!! And what money you have left and want to transfer back to your account is bought at a much higher rate so you loose massively!!
