If I could rate below zero I would.

If I could rate below zero I would. Applied to add second car holder, so they asked me to call Fraud protection department. Phoned 1st time 25mins waiting to be told they must be on a meeting (hilarious right?). Phoned next day... Oh sorry they gone home. Phoned 3rd time today. First told there is no trace of this application, then after having a rant about Amex customer service customer rep decided to actually look into it. 28 mins waiting and ... Got disconnected.
